Description

During this session we will be looking at how to create activities to engage and inspire young people as well as covering the all important safeguarding and health & safety guidelines that you will have to follow when working with young people. The session will be split into a mixture of presentations delivered by the STEM Hub, practical group work and table based activities. You should also have the opportunity for some networking with other Ambassadors.


This session is open to all Ambassadors from any background. Please bring a pen and something to write on.


If you are new to the STEM Ambassador programme or your DBS has expired and are in need of an ID Check as part of the DBS Application process then the STEM Hub can check your ID for you during this session. All attendees should have completed the Induction process, either online or in person.


About the venue: There is a small car park on site. The room will not be accessible before 1pm.
